Our Products and Service
Due to the handmade nature of our work, all measurements provided in relation to your order are approximate and may vary slightly. There may also be slight variations in the weave of the textiles we produce – these are considered to be part of the handwoven character of our work.
Our Products are sold subject to their product descriptions. We take care that these are as accurate as possible but occasionally they may contain inaccuracies, omissions or typographical errors. Likewise these may affect promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. As such all of the information on this website, including product descriptions, may not always be accurate when you place an order. In such cases we will try and contact you to resolve the issue but we reserve the right to: correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions; change or update information; withdraw the produce from sale or cancel orders without prior notice.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. From time to time we may change the design and specification of our products, and product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We may also withdraw products from sale without notice. We try and deliver the best service we can but occasionally we may need to take the site offline for maintenance or updates.
Deliveries & Returns
Please see our information page for more details about ordering and deliveries. Delivery times are not guaranteed and are beyond our control. If you think your order may have gone missing, and hasn’t arrived after two weeks (UK or Ireland orders) or one month (international orders) please get in touch as soon as possible & check your parcel isn’t at the sorting office, or with a neighbour waiting to be collected.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes when the item arrives in your country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond our control.
We endeavour to offer the best possible service and hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please email us at hello@ollanua.com with your order number to arrange cancellation and return of the goods.
The cost to return the goods, including insurance to cover the value of the goods, is your responsibility.
When you have notified us of your wish to cancel and received our reply with instructions for return, the goods must be returned to us in the original, unused condition and packaging within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received the goods, we cannot accept a return.
Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to refuse any order or refuse service to anyone, for any reason at any time. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order we will attempt to contact you with the information you have provided. In using our site, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases made at our store and that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.
