Packaging

Caring for the environment and treading lightly on our planet has always been of huge importance to me. All of the packaging that I use is either recycled or recyclable. I use biodegradable paper-based packaging without plastic wherever possible.

If you select a gift message at checkout or specify that your item is for a gift in the notes box (for example if the item is being delivered to you to give as a gift), we will ensure to pack your item in either a second box or protective envelope so that your product box should arrive intact. We don’t normally do this unless a gift is specified to save on unnecessary waste.

Every purchase of a handcrafted gift is special, and we always aim to convey that with thoughtful presentation.

A letterpress swing tag is included with every handwoven item, outlining design details, fibre content (almost always wool!) and care instructions.
