22-30 Hopefield Avenue, BT15 5AP
I'll be opening the doors to my weaving studio in North Belfast once again as part of Open House Belfast - Architecture & Engineering Festival. Our space is home to Oscar & Oscar interior design and architecture practice, who have redefined Northern Ireland’s restaurant and cafe scene with their designs for Ox, Ox Cave, Harry’s Shack, Muddlers Club, Lost&Found and il Pirata. Also in residence are Corrina Askin (illustration & animation), Belfast Puncture / Charlie Bosanquet (artist), Dollybirds Art (prints & stationary) Jump the Hedges (zero waste bags), Simon Mills (photography), Ryan Burke (wooden sculpture) & The Working Kitchen.
Justin from The Working Kitchen will be selling his delicious (and much sought-after) bread & cakes with guest Mike's Fancy Cheese & pop-up coffee shop.
Come along to see my Swedish loom in action, enjoy a coffee and peek at the spaces of the other artists and makers who share our characterful building.
Please note that regrettably, our building is not wheelchair accessible as we do not have a lift to the upper floors.
